MT Visuals is run by Mikhail Teklu out of Werribee. Before the camera there were four years as a real estate agent in the west and more than 140 homes sold, which is where the opinions about what makes a listing photo work come from.
Why same-day
As an agent, the most frustrating part of a campaign was waiting three days for photos while the vendor asked why the listing wasn't live. So the whole operation is built around turnaround: 25 minutes on site for a rental, edits done straight after, gallery link in your inbox between 12 and 3 pm, 5 pm at the latest.
Flat rates for the same reason. Nobody wants to approve a quote for every property. One price per job, GST itemised, fortnightly invoicing for agencies.
The gear is professional full-frame cameras, tilt-shift-corrected wide lenses, flash-blended interiors, and a CASA-registered DJI drone. The editing is HDR blending, sky replacement where the weather didn't cooperate, verticals straightened, and colour that looks like the property on a good day.
