Drone photography for listings, land and builds

Aerials across Melbourne for agents, builders and solar installers. Same-day delivery, from $180 per site.

Some properties only make sense from the air. Acreage, corner blocks, new estates, a solar array on a school roof, a slab going down on a commercial site. We fly a CASA-registered DJI drone across Wyndham, Melton, Geelong and metro Melbourne, with the same same-day delivery as everything else we shoot.

Where we can and can't fly

We fly under CASA rules: registered aircraft, accredited operator, below 120 m, in daylight, away from people, and not within 5.5 km of a controlled airport without clearance.

In Melbourne's west that means some sites near Avalon, the Point Cook RAAF base and Melbourne Airport need pre-approval or can't be flown. Tell us the address when you book and we confirm before you pay.

  • Same-day delivery

Aerials in your inbox the same afternoon.

  • Edited for the job

Listing aerials get the blue-sky treatment. Solar and construction aerials are edited sharp and vivid for social carousels, with your logo watermark if you want it.

  • Grouped site runs

Three or four sites in one day across Melbourne costs you less than three separate call-outs.

  • One supplier for ground and air

Photos, drone and video from the same person on the same visit.

Questions

How much does drone photography cost in Melbourne?

Typically $100–$300 for a set of listing aerials and $150–$500 for a standalone site visit. MT Visuals charges $90 + GST as a listing add-on and $180 + GST for a standalone site visit with 8–10 edited images.

Can you fly near Point Cook or Avalon?

Both have restricted airspace. Some addresses are fine, some need CASA approval, a few cannot be flown. Send the address and we check before booking.

Do you need the owner's permission to fly over a property?

We need permission to take off and land from private property, which the client arranges. We do not fly over neighbours or people.

What about wind or rain?

We will not fly in rain or winds above about 35 km/h. If a flight is weathered out we reschedule at no charge.

Can I get the raw files?

Edited high-res JPEGs are standard. RAW/DNG files are available on request for an extra $50.

Got a site that needs aerials?
