How much does real estate photography cost in Melbourne?
Typical Melbourne rates are $150–$250 for a rental and $250–$500 for a sales listing, with drone charged separately. MT Visuals charges $135 + GST for a rental listing and $225 + GST for a sales listing, same-day delivery included.
How quickly will I get the photos?
The same day. Morning shoots are delivered between 12 and 3 pm; afternoon shoots by 5 pm.
How long does the shoot take?
Around 25 minutes for a standard 3–4 bedroom rental and 45–60 minutes for a sales listing with drone.
Do you shoot tenanted properties?
Yes. We work around the tenant's belongings and keep the shoot short. We can liaise with the tenant directly if you prefer.
Can you do a same-day shoot if I book this morning?
Usually yes. Same-day slots are available most weekdays if booked before 2 pm. Book online and you will see the next available time.
Are the photos sized for REA and Domain?
Yes. Every image is delivered at 2000×1500 px (4:3), which is the format REA and Domain display without cropping.
