If you onboard short-stay properties across Melbourne, the photography is the bottleneck between signing an owner and taking the first booking. We shoot new listings within a day or two of the call, deliver the same afternoon, and keep the style consistent across every property you manage.
How it works for managers
Same-day delivery
Shoot in the morning, gallery link between 12 and 3 pm. The listing is live before the owner's next phone call.
One flat rate
$250 + GST per property, any size. No tiers to explain to owners, no surprise invoices. Drone +$90 + GST where airspace allows.
Multi-listing days
Three or more properties in the same area on one day are priced lower per listing. Towers in Docklands and Southbank with several of your apartments are ideal.
Consistent style
Same lens, same light, same edit across the portfolio, so your listings look like one brand rather than ten photographers.
Lockbox access
You send the code and the address. You don't need staff on site.
One monthly invoice
Every shoot itemised with the property address, GST shown separately, so you can on-charge owners line by line.
Where we're already shooting
Across the CBD, Southbank, Docklands, St Kilda, South Yarra, Fitzroy and the whole of the west, with Werribee as home base. The Peninsula, Geelong and the Surf Coast are quoted per day for grouped runs.
What onboarding looks like
A ten-minute call to agree the per-listing rate, the standard shot list and how you want files named and delivered.
You send an address and a lockbox code. We confirm a slot, usually within 48 hours.
Shoot, edit, deliver the same afternoon. The gallery includes a recommended cover set.
One invoice at the end of the month.
